New registration of existing users
Fjord Line has a new login system, and all users must be transferred to this new system. Users who have not logged into the system since September 2021, must register again to gain access to their account and any bonus points they might have earned. The film below shows how to do this.
How to gain access to your account::
- Click on ‘Sign up’.
- You will now get three options, remember to use the same email address previously registered, to gain access to your bonus points.
- If you create a user manually, you must confirm you email address with a one-time password. You will receive the one-time password in an email.
- Enter the code you have received and click on ‘verify and continue’.
Note that if you do not receive an email, we recommend you look in your spam folder.
NB! If you receive an error message, you must update your password. Click here to find out how it is done. - Enter a new password in the field ‘New Password’. Enter the same password in the field ‘Re-enter New Password’ and click on ‘Reset Password’. Keep in mind that there are certain requirements to the password to prevent unauthorised persons accessing your account.
- Log in with a username and password.
You are now logged in and can see an overview of your travels and any bonus points you might have accumulated.
PS: If you are unable to access your account and the error message reads ‘something went wrong. Try again later’ try ‘Update password’.
