TusenFryd – Norway's largest amusement park
TusenFryd is perhaps Norway's most traditional theme park and a sure hit with families.
At TusenFryd, the whole family can let loose on more than 30 different slides and rides, in the park's water park and in a play area for the little ones.
You're guaranteed plenty of fun, laughter, excitement and adrenaline – plus there are plenty of great places to eat and shop when you need a break from the slides and other park fun.
The park's rides are divided by "thrill level" – the middle of the family, for example, can plunge into the Western Express or Ragnarok for a moderate tickle in the stomach, and the bravest can whizz through SpeedMonster and SpinSpider with more intense thrill levels. Of course, the little ones are not forgotten in the park, which has several quiet rides such as theEventyrstien and Ballongferden.
If you need to relax or cool off, head for the "BadeFryd" bathing area, where the water is always 25 degrees.
