Fjord Line can today confirm that an agreement has been entered into, selling the HSC “Fjord Cat” to the German shipping group FRS.

Following the acquisition of a newbuilding to be delivered in 2020, the present tonnage on the route becomes superfluous.
Fjord Line can today confirm having entered into a binding agreement to sell the vessel HSC “Fjord Cat” to new owners, the international ferry operator FRS headquartered in Germany. -We part ways with HSC Fjord Cat after 13 years of faithful service under the Fjord Line brand and wish her continued successful trade under her new owners, says Rickard Ternblom.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction amount. Last day of operation in Fjord Line colours will be August 23rd and handover to new buyers will take place August 25th.
