You can register as a member of Fjord Club on this page.

You can get your member number by logging on to Fjord Club. Anyone who registers as a member, will receive a “Welcome” e-mail that will include your member number.

Go to this page and request a new password.

Shortly afterwards, you will receive an e-mail.

To upgrade your membership to Fjord Club Premium, please contact our Customer Center.

All Fjord Club Premium members who have earned up to 1,000 points within 12 months will automatically be upgraded to Ambassador members. Membership is for 12 months on condition that Premium membership has been paid. When Ambassador status expires, earned points will be retained.

You can terminate your Fjord Club membership at any time by calling Fjord Line. Your membership fee will not be refunded if you terminate your membership more than 14 days after you have become a member and received information about membership. Please see Sections 8 and 11 (1) of the (Norwegian) Cancellation Act.

If you are a Premium or Ambassador member, you should show your membership card when paying for the buffet and other special offers on board. If you are Fjord Club Member, you will find your member number in the welcome e-mail you received or by logging on to Fjord Club.

Members earn points on trips that are booked directly through Fjord Line or at fjordline.com. You can see your points balance in My Fjord Club once you have completed your trip. You must state that you are a Fjord Club member when booking. You will get bonus points for trips that are booked under your name and member number. When several people travel together, the points accrue to the person who made the booking. It is not possible to post-register points or to transfer points between members.

Fjord Club members earn 10% bonus points for travel and cabins minus taxes and fees. Points are not awarded for additional products or trips that are wholly or partly paid for with points. Points are not awarded for trips that are paid for with gift vouchers or free tickets.

The bonus points must be used within two years from the date of earning. Earned points are not credited if the membership ends.

You can pay or partially pay with earned points on a limited number of spaces on selected trips.

You must be a Fjord Club member to receive our newsletter. Newsletters are only sent to those who have consented to this when becoming a Fjord Club member. If you are happy to receive our newsletter, you must also consent to receiving e-mails.

You can opt out by clicking on the link at the bottom of the newsletter where it states: “If you no longer wish to receive e-mails from us, click here”. You can also do this in My Fjord Club under “Change your profile” by unchecking the consent box for receiving information. If consent for the receipt of e-mails, texts and post is withdrawn, this will take effect 24 hours later.

No, you cannot book travel for others on your membership. You must participate yourself on all trips you book with your membership.

All Fjord Club Premium members receive a 10% discount on the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet on board. The discount on the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet applies to the Fjord Club Premium member and one companion.
