Quotas for alcohol and tobacco can be found here. Remember that you must be out of the country for at least 24 hours to be able to bring in alcohol and tobacco tax-free.

You can bring 10 kg of meat, meat products and cheese into Norway. See information about customs regulations here.

Unfortunately, if you forget tax-free goods on board, you will not be able to reclaim them. This is in accordance with customs regulations.
